Declaration Proclaiming Forgiveness
Note: As we approach the end of the year, this is a good time for us to make sure we have forgiven all those who have hurt us. I hope you will join me in speaking this declaration out loud and meaning it from the heart.
“I make forgiveness a way of life. I am free from resentment. I refuse to have a critical and unforgiving attitude. When I stand praying, I forgive. I am quick to forgive. I don’t let unforgiveness linger. I have a forgiving attitude. I don’t wear my feelings on my shoulder. If someone hurts me, I will say, “Father, I forgive that person in Jesus’ Name.” I am quick to forgive and to forget. I am kind and tenderhearted, forgiving those who have wronged me. Thank You, Heavenly Father, that in Christ You have forgiven me (Ephesians 4:32).
